Operational Value & Course Scope
Quiet Halo training programs, AI implementation frameworks, and course materials are designed to deliver immediate operational value for public safety, law enforcement, and command workflows. All course content is provided for professional development and educational purposes under the structure outlined in these terms.
Internal Department Reimbursement & Future Course Credits
2.1 Finality of Individual Purchases
All individual seat enrollments, course fees, and digital materials purchased by individual personnel are final and non-refundable. Quiet Halo does not issue cash refunds, merchant processing reversals, or direct agency invoice discounts upon subsequent agency transactions.
2.2 Future Course Credit Eligibility
If an individual enrolled student introduces Quiet Halo to their employing law enforcement agency, department, or organization, and that agency subsequently executes any active procurement agreement, package purchase, or enterprise contract with Quiet Halo, the individual student becomes eligible for a Future Course Credit.
2.3 Credit Application & Value
- Credit Value: The credit issued shall equal 100% of the original out-of-pocket dollar amount paid by the individual for their initial course enrollment.
- Scope & Balance: Credits may be applied toward any higher-tier or future Quiet Halo training course. If the tuition for the selected future course exceeds the credit amount, the student is responsible for paying the remaining balance.
- Non-Transferable: Credits are tied directly to the individual student account and hold no cash equivalent value.
2.4 Procurement Privacy & Ethics Compliance
To maintain absolute compliance with federal, state, and local procurement ethics and CJI/CUI privacy standards, Quiet Halo will not disclose specific agency contract details, seat counts, invoice totals, or transaction terms to individual personnel. Eligibility for future course credits is verified internally by Quiet Halo administrative operations without disclosure of confidential agency procurement data.
Sensitive Data & Security Disclaimer (Unclassified Training)
All course materials, live broadcasts, and AI implementation frameworks provided by Quiet Halo Incorporated are strictly Unclassified and Non-Sensitive. Participants must not input, upload, transmit, or discuss Classified material, Controlled Unclassified Information (CUI), Criminal Justice Information (CJI), or active agency case data during live sessions or within AI prompts provided.
Intellectual Property & Single-User License
Individual course enrollment grants a non-transferable, single-user license for personal professional development and internal operational implementation. Course frameworks, proprietary prompts, and training media may not be redistributed, white-labeled, resold, or published externally without explicit written authorization from Quiet Halo Incorporated.
Non-Government Endorsement
Attending or purchasing training from Quiet Halo Incorporated does not constitute an official endorsement, official partnership, or seal of approval by the U.S. Department of Defense, Department of Justice, or any federal, state, or municipal public safety agency.
