The Pathway

Three Levels. One Certification.

The Quiet Halo Certification Pathway is a staged operator's ladder. Each level is a two-day intensive, spaced roughly four months apart, so what you learned has time to harden into muscle before you sharpen it again.

Level 01 · Entry

Foundations

Personal Mastery + Professional Power

Two days. The mental model, the prompt craft, your first virtual team, and the verification muscle that keeps AI honest. Open enrollment — no prerequisites.

  • How AI actually thinks — without the jargon
  • The Prompt Dojo & Virtual Team build
  • The 4-point verification checklist
  • Ship one real workflow before you leave the room
Level 3 ends with Quiet Halo Certification
Awarded by Quiet Halo Incorporated

Certification

Every level is a certification in its own right. Take Level 1 and stop there with a full credential in hand — or complete all three and earn the full Quiet Halo set.

How You Get Certified

Four Assessment Steps — At Every Level

01

Attendance & Participation

Full attendance across both days of the level, with active participation in every Team Time block and live lab. Observers don't certify — operators do.

02

Practical Build

You ship a working AI system built during the intensive — a workflow at Level 1, a deployed multi-agent team at Level 2, a full capstone at Level 3.

03

Verification Audit

Your build is pressure-tested live: accuracy, judgment safeguards, governance, and failure handling. Natan and your squad both sign off on the review.

04

Certification Issued

On clearing the audit, Quiet Halo Incorporated issues your certification for that level — recorded, numbered, and verifiable.

The Assessment Timeline

Every Step. Every Deadline.

Exactly what is assessed, when it's due, and when it lands in your hands — the same sequence at Level 1, Level 2, and Level 3.

T‑7 days

Before you arrive

Intake Brief Submitted

You receive your level intake brief by email one week out and return it before Day 1. It names the real workflow you'll build against, so no seat time is wasted on setup.

Attendance & Participation Logged

Participation in every Team Time block and live lab is logged in the room. Day 1 closes with your build commitment recorded against your name.

Day 2 · by 0:45

Practical Build Submitted

Your working system is submitted at the end of the Day 2 build block — a workflow at Level 1, a deployed multi-agent team at Level 2, a full capstone at Level 3.

Day 2 · 0:45–2:00

Assessed live

Verification Audit & Live Defense

Your build is pressure-tested in front of the room for accuracy, judgment safeguards, governance, and failure handling. Natan and your squad both sign the review.

Day 2 · 3:00–3:30

Ceremony

Certification Ceremony

Certificates presented and signed, challenge coin placed in your hand, signed workbook issued, class photos taken, and community access opened in the room.

The Ceremony

Day 2, Final Hour — In The Room

Certification isn't mailed to you weeks later. It happens live in the closing hour of Day 2 — the 3:00–3:30 block. Level 3 closes with the full Quiet Halo Certification ceremony and the presentation of the complete set.

  • Certificate presented and signed on stage
  • Level challenge coin placed in your hand
  • Signed level workbook issued
  • Class and individual photos
  • Lifetime graduates community opened on the spot
  • Level 3 only: complete three-coin display box

What "Certified by Quiet Halo Incorporated" Includes

Complete All Three

Three Coins. One Presentation Box.

You can certify at any single level and leave it at that — the credential stands on its own. But complete all three and you don't just walk away with three workbooks and three certificates: you receive all three Quiet Halo challenge coins presented in a beautiful custom display box built to hold the complete set. It only exists for operators who finished the pathway.

Annual

The Graduates Retreat

Once a year, certified operators who want to meet in person gather for a live retreat — a full get-together for the people who carry the coin. Optional, but the room is unlike any other.

Connected

thesix.plus Workshops

The retreat and the certification pathway connect directly to the thesix.plus workshops — an extended circle of live sessions and programming that certified operators plug straight into.
